Your club wishes to collect this information and will do so from time to time in order to ensure it gathers accurate and up to date member sizing data that will aid their Teamwear purchase ordering processes.
Sizing data will be stamped as at the date it was last provided by you to determine its validity for Teamwear purchases at any given point in time.
Using a measuring tape, please provide the participating members sizing data as accurately as possible as this information will be used in order to make valuable purchasing decisions.

You will receive information about each trip or activity before it takes place and you can if you wish, tell the club that you do not wish your child to take part in any particular trip or activity.
On behalf of your club/organisation, MCH facilitates various types of direct debit and card based payments using its secure, globally established payment collection partners, GoCardless and Stripe.
These payment collection methods will allow MCH to digitally automate direct debit subscriptions which are likely to replace any existing standing order arrangements that you may have in place so please remember to cancel them if appropriate.
